Town have announced a freeze on season ticket prices for the fourth successive year. Fans renewing their tickets will pay the same as they did last year regardless of which division Town are in for 2004/05, if they renew by May 28th - one day prior to a potential play-off appearance by the Blues.

Young FC Zwolle goalkeeper Sven Veldhuizen has revealed that he has spent four days on trial with the Town academy. Recently celebrating his 19th birthday, Veldhuizen is highly-rated in Holland and says he hopes the Blues will retain their interest in him.

Dean Bowditch was the star of the show as Town comfortably defeated Watford 4-1 at a windy Portman Road, the youngster netting the Blues' second hat-trick in five days. Jermaine Wright added the fourth late on, with Scott Fitzgerald having scored Watford's goal in first half injury time.

Goalkeeper Kelvin Davis is an additional worry for Joe Royle ahead of Tuesday's visit to Walsall, the keeper having picked up a stomach bug. Better news is that Tommy Miller and Ian Westlake are OK, while Richard Naylor may play despite sustaining a broken toe against Millwall on Saturday.

Town will blame poor defending and Sunday league refereeing for their 3-1 home defeat to Millwall. Neil Harris and Darren Ward both scored netted, before Harris was credited with another goal, although the ball had clearly not crossed the line. Darren Bent grabbed a consolation for the Blues.
